4-H Meat Science Workshop
Join us and University of Illinois instructor and meat judging coach, Caroline Downey, to learn about meat science, discuss carcass evaluation, complete a meat fabrication, and cooking demonstration.

Location: Christian County Extension Office - 1120 N. Webster St. in Taylorville, IL
Ages: Open to youth ages 8-18. Do not have to be a 4-H member to attend.
