Who: Youth ages 8-18
What: Teaching children about the wonderful world of gardening through hands-on investigation of growing their own vegetables & flowers and learning to use the harvest. A portion of the produce grown will be given to food insecure situations.
Eligible participants will have the opportunity to show off what they grew at the Lee County 4-H Fair, July 27-30.
When: Tuesdays from 4-5:30 pm, April 18-August 1
Where: Immanuel Lutheran Church,1013 Franklin Grove Rd, Dixon
Cost: $10, plus $20 4-H membership fee for non-4-H Members (total for non-members is $30)
Class Maximum: 15 participants
