4-H Drones in Agriculture - Training

If you are interested in teaching Drones in Agriculture to the youth in your community, join us in this two session class as we learn how to provide important information, skills, and practice drills to educate others on drone usage and safety.
*Please indicate if you will be attending one or both sessions. Please register by December 13th.
First Session
This free online portion of the training will be held on December 18, 2023, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. This session will cover Rules and Regulations of drone activity. We will also discuss drone related careers and industry usage.
Second Session
The second session is in-person on December 19th (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) at the Champaign County Farm Bureau at 801 North Country Fair Drive, Champaign, IL 61821. There is a registration fee of $175.00 per person. We will discuss operating, coding, and troubleshooting drones. We will also discuss creating obstacles for drone practices.
