2026 Summer Twilight Series

Join University of Illinois Extension educators as they team up with area farmers to provide four monthly evening meetings to highlight and demonstrate diverse farming enterprises across southern Illinois. The series will provide participants an opportunity to experience different types of production and marketing practices utilized by southern Illinois producers. Whether you're a local producer looking to diversify, have an interest in selling fresh products, or are simply curious about where your food comes from, these evening gatherings are your chance to connect directly with the people behind the region’s vibrant food and farm economy. The programs are scheduled monthly from 6 to 8 pm and each meeting will feature a different farm or direct-market outlet, showcasing a range of production methods and marketing strategies.
