2026 Invasive Species Symposium
The 11th annual Illinois Invasive Species Symposium will be held May 28, 2026 at Parkland College in Champaign, IL.
Get the latest research updates, explore management recommendations, network with colleagues, and find resources to manage invasive species effectively. Topics include an update on new and emerging invasive species, the use of fire and drones in invasive management, how a pollutant is limiting an invader, and an open Q&A expert panel discussion on the management of terrestrial invasive species in Illinois.

The event will be held at Parkland College's lecture hall auditorium, room C118. Presentations will begin at 9:30 am and wrap up at 3:30 pm. PLEASE ARRIVE AT 9:00 AM to leave plenty of time for parking, sign-in, and finding a seat. Lunch is included in the $25 registration cost. This program is in-person only. Please register by May 20.
