November 11th - Gifts from the Garden - Presented by SWALCO
Many of us consider the act of gardening a gift, in itself. We grow delicious fruits and vegetables to eat, and grow flowers, trees, and plants to add visual beauty to our yards and lives. Beyond that, we can grow a bounty of wonderful things in our gardens. Join us as she shares some of the many wonderful, joyful concoctions, tinctures, recipes, art projects and other special goodies she has discovered, created, and crafted from her own gardens over the years. We can create wonderful treasures and gifts for our own homes and families… and also gift some of these to others! Let’s look at some of the delights our gardens can offer. Presented by Merleanne Rampale, Programs and Education Director with the Solid Waste Agency of Lake County.
