2026 Conservation@Home Event Request (Cook County)
Thank you for your interest in the Conservation@Home program in Cook County. This form serves as a request for Conservation@Home-related programming. Please use this form if you would like to request a presentation on conservation topics, or a Conservation@Home table at your event.
Completion of this form does not guarantee our availability. All Conservation@Home volunteers are either Master Naturalists or Master Gardeners. If you know you’d like a Master Gardener for the job, the most direct way to book a presentation or table at your event is through their request page. You can select from most Conservation@Home topics there as well. Submit your request form based on your location: north suburbs, south suburbs, or Chicago. We get the most requests around Earth Day, and throughout summer, so around those times especially, fewer volunteers are available. As our scope of support covers all of Cook County, we prioritize organizations, groups, and communities that historically have not had equal access to resources.
All groups requesting talks should have a minimum audience of 15 people. Requests need to be made at least 10 weeks in advance to coordinate with our volunteer's schedules. We make a good faith effort to fulfill all requests, but we cannot guarantee fulfillment of requests that come after this 10-week time frame. To better accommodate all groups, we reserve the right to limit each group to two talks per calendar year.
Please note, we are only able to honor requests for events within Cook County. If you are not located in Cook County, we recommend looking into your local branch of the Conservation@Home program. If you're having trouble finding the contact for your county's Conservation@Home program, please reach out. We do not deliver presentations at private homes.
