2024 Summer Library Programs

Join us for our Macon County Summer Library Programming!
 
This will be our usual summer library programming only this year our focus is space.
 
Session 1:
We will discuss general space concepts such as the moon, seasons, eclipses, and constellations. Participants will build their own constellation view finder.
Session 2:
We will focus on humans and space. We will try to better understand the terminology - world, solar system, galaxy, the universe - learn more about the history of humans and space, and build stomp rockets to launch at the end of the session.
